Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our basic bars are created with the following oils. We make sure the oils we use are sustainably sourced when possible! The process overall takes about a month from start to finish for each set of 10 bars, though a lot of that is letting the soap age.

    Besides the scent, the following oils go into most bars: Coconut, Olive, Palm, Castor, Almond or Grapeseed, and Canola.

    The toppers are made with Glycerine.

  • That’s a valid concern. Each bar will have the ingredients listed on the product page.

    While the soapifcation of the bar usually eliminates the worry about allergies, there are ways that we can produce bars that do not contain the ingredient in question.

    Yes! But actually no! While we do have a selection of our products that are considered part of our main line, anything that you’ve seen previously on the site can be created again.

  • A long story short:

    One day, a raccoon tried to come into our house as if it were a member of our family. We had to gently chase it off, though it would come back during the summer and sit on the AC, staring at the window.

    The opossum would come to our door to eat the food that we put out for the stray cats in the neighborhood.

  • It is not dice made out of soap, but that would be cool. However, we place dice within a soap bar so as you wash, you uncover a surprise. (It’s dice)
